The intern's performance will be reviewed on a quarterly basis On successfully meeting our performance expectations the intern may be offered a full time position with an annual CTC of INR 2,64,000/-
The intern will be a part of our training team initially and will undergo initial training at any of offices in Coimbatore/ Hyderabad/ Chennai.
The internship will be a mix of continuously internal training on quantitative/ logical/verbal/ technical skills combines with on the ground experience as a trainer where the intern will travel with the senior trainers and be mentored on the same.
The intern will be based out of any of our offices in Coimbatore/ Hyderabad/ Chennai and may be transferred to new roles / locations in the course of the internship.
If the candidates’ performance meets our expectation, we will extend an offer for a full time employment.
