EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

1. MBA degree with Minimum of 1 year prior sales experience. Fresher’s preferred.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
2. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

1. Requires knowledge of simple financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conduct basic financial analysis.

REASONING ABILITY

1. Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. 
2. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

1. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Basic knowledge of real estate and business practices.
