Projects and activities typically involve communication campaigns, management of touchpoints
and digital

understanding. The company offers a strong performance based culture with numerically and qualitatively

Details:
The target CTC for the Executive, Digital Marketing role is Rs.7.2L per annum. This includes the
fixed and performance based components. The job will be based in Chennai. There is no travel required.
Office working hours are MonSat, 12Noon to 9PM. Performance and Variable Pay are measured in weekly,monthly, quarterly and annual cycles in a systematic and transparent manner. The initial probation and
training period (max 6 months) has a stipend of Rs. 20K per month.
