TCS question pattern

            Given below is a suggested list of topics to be prepared for TCS HR students (paper and pen test) based on 2012 pattern. 

1. About TCS (kindly refer TCS website and collect all possible information)

2. Simple Arithmetic problems like time and distance, ratio and proportions and commercial mathematics (profit and loss, selling price, %, discount etc)

3. Logical Reasoning 

4. English - Sentence completion, Fill in the blanks, synonyms and antonyms, paragraph completion.

5. Human Resource management - Topics like Organizational Behavior, HRM concepts, Training and Development, Organizational Design and Organizational Behavior theories and authors.

6. Labor Laws - Factories Act, Maternity Act, Industrial dispute Act, Contract Labor Act, Bonus Act, Wages Act, Provident Fund Act, Employee state insurance Act and Gratuity Act (Please know the year in which the law was established and important definitions in those and sections in the various Acts).

7. Knowledge on Holidays list - National holidays, Central Govt. holidays and State Govt. holidays.

8. Practice letter writing skills which might be included this year.
