They are looking for a MANAGEMENT TRAINEE for 2 positionsfor 2 of the business group.

1.Products – Business product analytics / Product management

He/She should be very proficient in MS office and flair to objectively create power point for all our strategic presentations for Products. Should have knowledge of business analytics to covert data into meaningful presentations to drive decisions. Able to handle big data and ready to travel to various markets to understand the operating trends of our products. Able to coordinate externally and liase with internal people to understand the product gaps and customer segment gaps.

2.Servicetec – Business planning

He/She should have knowledge of IT services, should able prepare MIS summary/dashboard and assist Hema for all PPT requirements and flair for continous research for business opportunity and business development support for Servicetec. Schedule meetings and ensure cadence. Should have knowledge on the financials. Ready to travel if required to field. Good administrative skills

Qualitative traits : 

1. Very energetic, aggressive and analytical.
2. Able to coordinate well with the team.
3. Good communication skills and proficient in English.Knowledge of Hindi preferred
