           Candidates need to sign a bond for 2 years

JOB DESCRIPTION:
 1. Candidates will undergo 1 year classroom and on the Job Training.

 2. On successful completion of training candidates will

      a. Placed in the management cadre

      b. Will be placed in Income / Purchase / Controls / Accounts etc areas of finance.

      c. Accelerated growth path will be offered to suitable candidates based on a performance review.

3. Candidate post selection need to sign a bond of 2 years.

STIPEND DURING TRAINING:
                                                    
                                   Rs 27,000/- per month. In addition, 

accommodation, Uniform, Travel Costs, etc will be covered 

during the program.
