Roles & Responsibilities:

1.      Understand the Services, Skills & Expertise of the company thoroughly

2.      Understand the requirements of the customer and map it to the available services of the organization

3.      Develop a complete understanding of the target segment

4.      Strategize effectively to create new customers on a continuous basis

5.      Provide strategic inputs through proposals based on what the market demands

6.      Build company profile and brand image in the market

7.      Set evaluation parameters to gauge the customer satisfaction about the services

8.      Continuously monitor customer satisfaction

9.      Meet with targets set for the accounting year on a monthly basis and ensure a steady flow of business throughout the year
