Profile: Management Trainee (Retail Operations)

About MT: 

The candidate will be assigned with the best performing Exclusive Brand Outlet of Hidesign

for 1 year. Every quarter the performance will be monitored and on the successful completion of training

program, the person will be assigned with the role Store Manager (Handling 1 Exclusive Brand Outlet) or

Assistant Retail Manager (will be handling multiple Exclusive Brand Outlets or Multi Brand Outlets).

Educational Qualification:

PG: MBA, Specialization: Marketing with any Specializations

UG: Any Degree

CTC: 3LPA to 3.6LPA

Job Description

• Responsible for the entire operations of Hidesign Exclusive Brand Outlet

• To facilitate sales performance and growth, ensuring that customers have a pleasant shopping

   experience at Hidesign

• Monitor the operations and performance of the Store

• Store inventory management, stock management and stock auditing

• Ensure that right stock is available at the right time at the right place by required analysis and

   planning.

• Analyze stocks & sales, prepare reports to perform better

• Improve the performance of the stores by providing the best service by following the values of

  Hidesign

• Maintain proper visual merchandising and high visual standards

• People Management, train and motivate the team for performing the best and achieving the

   targets

• Coordinate with the backend retail operations team for resolving the issues and for providing the

   better support

• Participate in the Marketing and Brand promotion events to make it a success

• SOPs Adherence: Making sure that SOPs laid out by the company are strictly adhered to.

• New Processes roll out & implementation- Whenever a new process is rolled out throughout all

the stores, rolling out the same in the store & making sure it is being adhered to.

Requirements

• Good logical and analytical skills

• Flare of fashion and retail

• Good communication skills, training skills, problem solving skills and team management skills

• A sound IT knowledge is required.
