Roles and Responsibilities of an HR Executive:
Reporting Authority: Team Leader
1.) Receiving the daily KRAs from the Team Leaders at the beginning of the day and ensuring the completion of the duties to the satisfaction of the Team Leader.
2.) Being a part of the Daily Huddles and Team Meetings conducted by the Team Leaders.
3.) Contributing to Team’s Performance and all Team’s activities and rendering utmost cooperation in the team achieving the monthly and quarterly targets.
4.) Achieving the monthly and the quarterly targets set by the Team Leader
5.) Sending weekly and monthly reports to the Team Leader.
6.) Strict Compliance in raising the invoices on time and following up on the payments. SLA for raising the invoices is a maximum of 3 days.
7.) Regular interactions with clients on a day to day basis for smooth running of operations in the Team.
8.) Sourcing and validating the profiles for clarity, relevance to the Job specs and Quality before sending it to the client and ensuring atleast 50 % Hit rate.
9.) Measuring up to the incentive targets set as a challenge.
10.)Maintain high degree of service levels for the client and ensuring delivery on time. SLA for every requirement is a maximum of 36 hours and staying back late if required for strict adherence on the delivery
11.) All escalations to be addressed only to the Team Leaders and all serious escalations to be addressed to the Regional Team Leaders after informing the Team Leaders.
12.) Ensuring team spirit and a high motivation level to achieve Covenants vision of being the number One HR Consultancy.
