Annual Variable Pay:
· For the financial year 2013-14, the indicative range of variable pay at your work level MT for “Outstanding” performance is Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/-
· For performance varying from “Average” to “Very Good” the payout will be below the above mentioned range.
· Statutory Bonus (Guaranteed amount which is paid on the basis of joining for the current financial year and on pro rata basis) amount released in Oct 13.
