Roles being Offered:


Assistant Department Manager:

            •Manage and lead the FA’s to ensure that the business objectives are being achieved consistently
            •Identifying and purchasing required goods belonging
•            Strive to develop a base of loyal customers.
            •Manage floor operations in an efficient and professional manner to ensure quality service to the customers
            •Be the custodian of the highest standards of customer service
      
       Store People Officer:
     
           • Ensure execution of day to day HR related activities like attendance & leave  maintenance, staffs’ shift fostering
            •Ensuring maintenance of grooming of employees & floor discipline, Talent acquisition & development activities. 
            •Payroll processing & ensuring statutory compliance of the store. 
            •Be the custodian of all employee engagement activities
            •Initiate rewards & recognition for employee motivation
   
       Customer Service:

           •Ensure timely resolution of all customer related queries / complaints. 
           •Acquisition of potential customers who would make repeated visits by informing them the benefits of loyalty program. 
           •Retention of existing loyal customers by providing them delightful shopping  experience. 
           •Regular updation of customer database.

      Operational Executive:

          •The SOP Executive ensures a fool proof compliance of SOP’s at the store. 
          •Impart training & awareness generation to the staffs on various SOP modules. 
          •The role holder should document all the SOP related records and also prompt escalation of all operational issues to the appropriate authority.


      Marketing Executive:

          •Create and successfully implement promotions based on regional peaks in order to drive sales
          •Barter deals and cross promotions for gifting, cross branding and freebies
          •Post promotion analysis for all promotions including clearly defining overall  effectiveness and qualitative learning's
          •Detailed mapping of competition
          •Sponsorship for all promotions and gift voucher sales
