Position: Associate/ Sr. Associate Sales

Function: Sales

Critical accountabilities:

1.       Contacting pre generated leads through telephone calls and e-mails.

2.       Understanding the prospective students’ background, aspiration and eligibility.

3.       Counseling them on Online Learning Program offered by University18.

4.       Providing information about various courses available to the prospects and guiding them about the best course suitable for them.

5.       Follow-up and conversion of the leads into admissions

6.       Making various sales related reports and complying with the call quality standards.

Desired profile:

1.       Graduate/PG with 0-2 years experience

2.       Should be confident, good team player and possess above average communication skills.

3.       Must have high-quality presentation and convincing skills

4.       Should be able to handle work pressure and meet targets.

CTC: 3 Lacs PA

Note:

• All positions will be based at Gurgaon 

• The CTCs mentioned are indicative ranges. The final CTC will be based on inputs from final interview.
• Given the national and international demography of our customers and strong performance culture, above the average English communication skills and ability to handle work pressure and commitments is mandatory for all positions.
