Eligibility:

a)       Decorative Paints ( Retail) –

Should possess minimum academic qualification as Graduate in Science / Commerce/ Arts /Management / Engineering (Chemical / civil) only, before their MBA program. Students with graduation in Engineering with other specializations shall not be considered for this division.

Industrial Paints (Automotive & General Industries / Protective / Powder Coatings)–

One should possess minimum academic qualification as Graduate in Science / Engineering (Chemical) only, before their MBA program. Students with graduation in other academic disciplines or Engineering with other specializations shall not be considered for this division.

               

b)       Should have scored at least 55% marks all throughout the academic career.

c)       Should have command over at least one of the four regional Indian language, (preferably Tamil / Telegu / Kannada / Malayalam) ; apart from fluency in English & Hindi.

d)       Should have Good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.

e)       Should hold a two wheeler driving license. 

     The students who are appointed for the position of Sales Officer Trainees shall be on board in our company and will undergo training in the organization for a period of One Year for which the initial compensation being offered is a CTC of approx. Rs. 4.50 lacs per annum. Post training period these Sales Officer Trainees will be confirmed as Senior Sales Officer with clearly defined responsibilities within the organization. The next level career progression thereafter will be as Sales Supervisor and finally into management grade as Sales Executive shall take an approx time frame of 3-4 years based on the performance of an individual.
