CTC:

       3 Lakhs  - 3.5 lakhs P.A. (Fixed Stipend) +  Retention Bonus of 25-50 K (For the first year) + Allowances of Approx Rs.4500 pm (Daily Allowance, Petrol Allowance, Communication Allowance)
