  Eligibility – 1^st yr MBA students from Marketing and Finance stream

·         Duration – 2 months

·         Stipend – Rs. 5000 per month (shall be paid after the completion of the program)

·         Locations – Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Hyderabad

 Project Titles:

1)      How can we tackle competition from Credit Card companies at store level.

2)      How can we improve our visibility so that 100% of customer walk-in are made aware of 0% finance.

3)      How can we stream line process flow in office with regards to file movement from one dept to another.

4)      How to Increase finance Penetration at counter.

5)      Effective communication to increase speed to market. (Schemes, Policy Changes etc.)

6)      Common pits for FOS. Training format and implementation.

7)      Effective placement of FOS to increase productivity (Depending on Turnover, Panel sales, size of the showroom etc)
